Intended Audience and Eligibility

This Site is intended for:

• Parents or legal guardians of minor athletes
• Athletes aged 18 or older
• Coaches and adult professionals

Minors under 18 may use the Site only with parental or legal guardian consent and supervision.

Parental Consent and Third-Party Intake Forms

For athletes under the age of 18, all intake forms, assessments, and service-related information must be completed and submitted by a parent or legal guardian through our designated third-party platform.

We use third-party practice management software to collect and store intake information. Minors may not independently submit personal or health-related information.

Educational Use Only / No Medical Relationship

All information provided is for educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice.

Use of this Site or our services does not create a physician–patient, dietitian–patient, or other healthcare provider–patient relationship.  Information collected through intake forms or consultations is used solely for educational and coaching purposes and does not constitute medical care, diagnosis or treatment.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that nutrition changes, supplementation, and athletic training involve inherent risks and agree to assume full responsibility for all outcomes.

No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding athletic performance, health outcomes, injury prevention, or recruitment results.

Third-Party Platforms

We use third-party platforms for scheduling, intake, payment processing, and service delivery. Your use of such platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party data practices, though we select providers that maintain reasonable data security standards.

Intellectual Property

All Site content is owned by Podium Project, LLC, and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Site or services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your or your athlete’s use.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
