From initial application through ongoing coaching, Podium Project follows a data-informed approach rooted in current performance science to help athletes optimize fueling, recovery, and long-term development.
You’ll complete a detailed intake and assessment so we can review health history, training demands, dietary patterns, and performance-related data before building your strategy.
Next, we schedule a parent–athlete discovery call to review goals, training schedules, and current challenges. This is a chance to ask questions, understand our approach, and ensure the program is the right fit before moving forward.

Using assessment and biomarker insights, we create a performance program designed to evolve with training demands, including a personalized nutrition strategy, targeted sport-safe supplementation, and ongoing monitoring with adjustments during periods of increased load, travel, illness, or academic stress.
We meet virtually or in person to establish a clear performance roadmap - defining goals, reviewing biomarker insights, and identifying early opportunities to improve energy, recovery, and training response.
We use targeted functional biomarker analysis to assess nutrient status, inflammation, hormonal balance, and recovery capacity - identifying factors that may be limiting performance and adaptation, and ensuring recommendations are both effective and responsible.
